Unfortunetly, we do not accommodate any walk-ins. All bookings must be made directly on our website (click here) or by reaching out directly. You may find our contact information on our website as well.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 11am

Upon booking, we require full payment. Any additional charges or damages will be billed to your card on file after your stay.

We will provide a 50% refund for any cancellations, if canceled with less than 48 hours notice, you will be subject to the full cost of the reservation. Please call if you wish to cancel.

Our cottages are not serviced daily. Your room will be thoroughly cleaned and restocked with fresh linens and towels prior to check-in.

Yes. There are ample parking spaces. There is no assigned parking.

We do provide WiFi in our cottages, however we encourage you to disconnect and enjoy your surroundings.

Smoking is not allowed inside units, but is permitted outside. A $100 fee will be applied at the end of your stay, if there is evidence of smoking in the unit.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.

Boat parking is offered for an additional rate of $50 a night. Please reach out to coordinate.

If you lose your key, please contact us at management@marinabaycottages.com. There will be a $75 replacement fee charge.

In order to protect the rights of all of our guests, we request that at least one guest who is checking-in must be 21 years of age or older.

Visitors are welcome but we ask you to be respectful and keep the noise volumes to a minimum later in the evening for our other guests.

Yes, we have onsite staff there 24-hours to assist, if needed.
